           In the year of 1972, a popular student of Yomiyama North Middle School, Misaki of class 3-3, had pssed away during the school year. Since then, the town of Yomiyama has been surrounded by a fearful atmosphere, from the dark secrets that are hidden. Twenty-five years later, Kouichi Sakakaibara had transfers into Yomiyama North Middle School in class 3-3. He soon senses something frightening in the atmosphere in his class, which is a secret that no one talks about. He is drawn by the aura of the mysterious eye patched girl, Mei Misaki but the rest of the students and teachers treat her as she doesn’t exist. The class soon gets caught up in a strage phenomenon where the students and relatives begin dying in gruesome ways. Kouichi ignores all the warnings that had been given to him and he gets closer to Mei and both of them try to figure out how to stop it before anyone else die.
