Takumi Nishijou is a high school student at the Private Suimei Academy. He suffers from harsh delusions as a result of his schizophrenia and his sheltered and private lifestyle who lives as an anime-obsessed recluse with a fetish for two-dimensional anime girls. One day, he comes across a horrific pic he had received on his computer from someone he was chatting with. The pic was of a pink-haired girl standing at a murder scene. Scared out of his mind, he goes out of his place for awhile and he accidentally comes across a murder scene that he saw in the pic, which is part of a chain of events called "New Generation". After that, he begins to experience real strange things around him. His life starts to get caught up in those events, and he ends up meeting a bunch of insane anime girls with swords, someone has to be watching his every move that he makes.

It’s been six years since the events happened in ChäoS;HEAd, new mysterious deaths had been happening again in the newly rebuilt Shibuya area. Third-year student, Takuru Miyashiro and his newspaper club had been noticing what has been going on. They investigate the incidents that have happened and ones that are happening. Before they know it the entire group find themselves being pulled deeper into the incidences as they look for who is behind it all. This is person a psycho or a psychic? Innocent lives are being taken as they uncover the truth.
