           Cutey Honey is an average school girl cutting classes. An organization called Panther Claw goes after Honey’s father, Professor Kisaragi and murders him. His dying message had revealed that Honey is actually an android. Honey uses the power of the Atmospheric Element Solidifier. The Atmospheric Element Solidifier is what Panther Claw always wanted to steal. Honey is furious and makes a promise to get revenge for her father’s death, she is then aided by journalist Hayami Seiji, his ninja father, and his grade school brother. Honey sometimes appears as a racecar driver, or sometimes as a model, and sometimes as a beggar, but her true identity is the warrior of love, Cutie Honey!

           Evil Dolmeck shows up in Cosplay City making it in danger by commanding his army of monster destroy it, and by that he awakens Cutey Honey. Teaming up with the Hayami family, Cutey Honey promises to defeat Dolmeck and make Cosplay City safe again. Honey then realizes that there is a darker and more sinister presence around who is also an old enemy from the past, Panther Zora.

           Honey Kisaragi is normal high school student, and on her 16th birthday she goes to meet her father. She arrives and her scientist father is injured and on the run. A detective, Seiji Hayama rescues Honey and her father but Honey’s father is kidnapped by a monster. Honey returns home finding it destroyed and the “Twilight Prince” gives her an Element Changing Device so she can use to transform into the red-haired heroine, Cutey Honey, who has multiple forms and destroy Panther Zora. Aiding by her side, Seiji Hayami, and “Twilight Prince” who is a mysterious guy, she fights against the members of the organization Pather Claw to save her father.

Note: Difference between the previous series, Honey isn’t an android in this series.

           Honey Kisaragi is an android with the Airborne Element Fixing Device, which allows her to transform into several different forms, along with Cutey Honey. Her father was killed by the organization of Panther Claw, Honey goes and teams up with PCIS (Panther Claw Criminal Investigative Services) to fight against the organization but Honey is unaware that Sister Jill, who is Panther Claw’s leader, is posing to be Inspector Genet is the keys investigator.
