           Lord Ilpalazzo wants to take over the World so he has a hyperactive Excel and Hyatt, who is dying, who will do anything and everything to make that happen. Their mischievous adventures take them all over the world, but the first step in conquering the world would be starting with a city, Fukuoka. They meet strange people as they go, but then again everything is strange, weird and goofy, as this experimental anime this turns out to be.
