           Iwaki Tomonori is a fifteen-year-old boy who likes older women. He had a crush on his teacher for sometime now but one day finds out that she had become engaged. Heading home all broken hearted and mad he enters his house finding a 12-year-old girl who he finds out is engaged to him. Apparently the Japanese government arranged this marriage to happen without his consent. He also learns that Rizel isn’t a normal girl but she’s a biochemically engineered human, and her creators (her "papa’s”, as they call themselves) waive some of Iwaki's parent’s bills in exchange to be allowed to stay at their house, and Iwaki’s new life begins.
