Youkai Academy seems like a normal boarding school, but it’s a school where monsters learn to coexist with humans. All students must attend in human form during classes, but there’s one rule for the school you must follow…any human found on school grounds will be executed.
Tsukune Aono is an average teenager who seems to be having trouble getting into any high school because of his poor grades. His parents enrolled him into Youkai Academy, but it’s not an ordinary school; the school is filled with youkai disguised as humans. As Tsukune enters the new world he fears for his life and tries to escape but he meets a beautiful attractive girl, Moka Akashiya, who he discovers that when Moka’s rosary around her neck is removed, her true nature comes out. He still decides to stay at the academy after all to further his education but now he has to hide his secret from the students and the teachers at the Academy.

It’s been a year since Tsukune enrolled in the Youkai Academy, and since then his life had really changed. Now he is wanted by every attractive girl who want him for them selves; Kurumu Kurono, the succubus; Yukari Sendou, a witch; Mizore Shirayuki, the stalker and yuki-onma; and Moka Akashiya, a kind vampire.
Trouble awaits, for Tsukune at the Youkai Academy, Moka’s younger sister, Kokoa Shuzen, who is furious at her “true older sister” who is sealed in Moka’s rosary, and vows to bring out Moka’s darker self. But when Kokoa’s careless actions take part it doesn’t only affect her sister; it effects more than she thought.
