           In the legend it has been told that the Earth was destroyed sometime ago, a genius engineer known as “Y” rebuilds Earth only using gears and clockwork mechanisms, renaming it “Clockwork Planet”. Naoto Miuranis a high school student who hopes to be a great clockmaster someday. One day, a mechanical coffin fell from the sky into his apartment. He meets RyuZU, a broken female automation, who is part of the Initial-Y Series created by Y himself. Having been broken for 206 years, no one was able to revive her but Y decides to fix her which took him three hours to do. She promises her loyalty for him and they eventually were found out by Dr. Marie Bell Breguet, who is a princess of a noble family and the youngest to become a master engineer in a government organization “Meister Guild”, and her autonation bodyguard Vainney Halter. Naoto and RyuZU both become involved in a battle for their lives, but they discover the truth about the planet, the truth is that humanity had lived on Clockwork Planet for over a millennium and it’s starting to break down. They didn’t realize that everyone will keep a secret that will kill to protect.
