           One in ten people is a panzer. A panzer is a powerful costumed fighter who uses a tool that of which can be a power tool, a hand tool, or a household appliance as a weapon. Anybody can be a panzer can buy a kit that is mass-produced. Each panzer fight lasts for about two thirty-minute rounds, each with a field giving an advantage to one of the two contending panzers. In order to win a panzer fight must wither knock the other wins or it can also win on points.
           Doris Ruridou is a thirteen spoiled, rich girl who comes from a family who owns an advertising firm, and considers herself being a princess. She had just started the all-girls Teito Academy, which is known for its Panzer League. Now she must live a normal life and facing challenges against other panzers, a person with special abitlites and fights with a weapon called a tool. Shortly after entering, her sister Doria comes over and gives her training lessons to teach her how to fight and become an advanced panzer.
