~§~ Ergo Proxy ~§~
           After a global disaster thousands of years prior, to the furturistic domed city called Romdeau, it has been built to protect all of its citizens. Humans and AutoReivs, who are androids, who exist in the same place living peacefully under a management system. The Cogito virus (which grants them self awareness) has been infecting robots and AutoReivs has been committing various murders which start to begin to threaten the balance of Romdeau’s social order. Secretly, the government has been working on secret experiments on a humanoid life form called "Proxy"; the Proxy beings have unlimited power and are believed to hold the key to the survival of humanity.
           Re-l Mayer was assigned to investigate some of the murders with her AutoReiv partner, Iggy. She ends up being encountered by two unknown and highly powerful creatures, but later learns that a Proxy was involved. Vincent Law is somehow connected in some ways with this Proxy. Vincent must now face his demons when strange events begin occurring around him. Re-l, Iggy, Vincent, and AutoReiv named Pino, will struggle to uncover Romdo's mysteries and discover the true purpose of the mythical beings called Proxies.
