           Hundred is the only kind of weapon that is capable of changing into many different forms, and this kind of weapon is the only kind that can defeat the mysterious life form Savage who are attacking the Earth. Whoever can hold and use a Hundred weapon are made into Slayers, a trained individual who can use them in battle.
           Hayato Kisaragi enrolls in the marine academy city ship Little Garden, hoping to become a Slayer. His roommate, Emilie Crossfode seems to know a lot about him for some reason, and awakens some sort of unsettling homesickness with him. After he joins the school, there’s nothing like the strongest Slayer at Little Garden, the “Queen” Claire Harvey challenges him to a duel.
