           Humans and spirits exist in the same place called, Polyphonica. Spirits gain their energy from the music of humans who are known as Dantists. The spirit, Coathicarte and her Dantist Phoron are along with friends in the Tsuge Divine Song Payers’ Dispatch Office, who takes on cases to help with the population deal with problems needing their special skills. Each day at work, they learn more about the cooperation of nature between humans and spirits, as well as their relationships.
