           Sotoba is an isolated small village that contains 1,300 people in its population and isn’t connected to any highway that surrounds it. Megumi Shimizu is a fifteen-year-old girl whose dream of living in a big city, that is until her unexpected death in Sotobo which is the beginning of more mysterious deaths. When the mysterious deaths began to spread in the city, a strange family had just moved into the abandoned Kanemasa mansion. The town’s only doctor, Toshio Ozaki, examines his patients thinking it’s an epidemic. Toshio starts to doubt that it’s the nature of a disease and teams up with Natsuno Yuuki to discover the truth behind all the deaths in the town.
