           A martial-arts trained middle schooler, Justice Akatsuka aka Seigi feels he needs to helps others who are in need. One day, he helps a homeless man out from thugs, and Seigi receives a strange tatoo on his palm from the homeless haman as a gift. This tatoo is a secret weapon produced in the arms race between a special U.S. Army unit and the Kingdom of Selinistan. Seigi meets a powerful girl, who also has the same secret weapon as him, violently pursues him in order to retrieve it. With Seigi knowing martial-arts, it may not be enough to keep himself alive, will he ever learn how to use the secret weapon in time?
