A young man and an older man find themselves in a mysterious bar. This bar only had two people in it, a bartender and his assistant. Not knowing how they got there, they are forced to play a game; the game is a game of pool. To make things interesting they bet on the game, but there's more to pocketing balls in the game. The two players are about to find out how crazy the games can be, and how the outcome can be with either life or death.

When two people die at the same time, they are sent to a mysterious place called Quindecim. When they arrive, they have no memories as to what had happened before or how they got there, they meet a bartender, Decim, and his assistant standing at the bar. Having answering some questions from Decim, they must compete in a game which decides their fate; being reincarnated or going to the void. Decim decides their fate when some tricks are pulled on the players to bring out their true nature. What the players don’t know is that, as they play the game their lives are in the line and somehow their body organs are connected in the game. The results reveal what secrets had led them to Quindecim.
