           Takeru Ooyama is a perverted young man who got enrolled at Tenbi Academy, a private prep school. Unknowing to him, the school is where students who possess magical and spiritual energies called Elements and who wield crafted weapons known as Makens. During his first day there, he runs into his childhood friend, Haruko Amaya. Soon after he finds out that many of the girls at the school who don’t like him. He finds out no Maken is accepted for him and he doesn’t know what to do. In the school they have the students battle each other showing their magic an combat power, which he doesn’t have anything.
