Lucia Nanami is the mermaid princess of the North Pacific Ocean. There’s a total of seven mermaid princesses from different mermaid kingdoms.
One day, a tsunami wave had hit and a boy fell overboared from a ship and Lucia saved him. Lucia gives him a magical pink pearl for him to keep. Seven years later, Lucia has grown up now and she decides to travel to find the boy who she loves. She finds that boy but now he’s a teenage surfer named Kaito Domoto but doesn’t recongnize her in her human form. She can’t tell him who she is because in the mermaid legend she’d turn into bubbles and disappear. Now, Lucia is trying to convince Kaito into figuring out who she really is.
While all that is going on, the water demons started invading the sea world and Lucia must bring six other Mermaid Princesses and their pearls to bring back the legendary goddess Aqua Regina to stop them. Can Lucai bring all six mermaid princesses together and save the sea while trying to convince Kaito who she really is?

The sea world is now at peace after the battle ended with Gaito, Sara decided to give her life to be with him. Now only six mermaid princesses remain. Caren, Noel and Coco had returned to their kingdoms, the others, Lucia, Hanon, and Rina must do the same as well. Mitsuki Tarou decided he was going to leave for Germeny and Kaito Domoto promised he would return to Lucia someday and decided to go to Hawaii to become a better surfer. Lucia is devestaed and now to make things worse, Kaito gets lost at sea on his way to Hawaii, and on the way there he had an accident which caused him to lose his memories and ends up falling for another woman who had saved him, Michal Amagi. Can Lucia help get Kaito’s memeories back, so she can be with the biy she loves?
