           In Vaccine World, the King of Viruses, Ungrar, had escaped from prison. The Goddess of Vaccine World, Maya, found out about it and sends Mugimaru down to Earth to find some one there on Earth to accept the powers of Vaccine World who becomes the Magical Nurse. He ends up finding the best person for the job, and that is Komugi Nakahara. Komugi is playful and lazy and usually easily distracted teenager whose dream is to become a cosplay idol. Komugi must now try and balance her career and being a Magical Nurse. Can she handle it all?

           Komugi Yoshida is an energenic, kind of a clumsy second year middle school student who performs as an idol just like her classmate and friends Kokona Saiinji and an idol who dressing up in make clothing, Tsubasa Kisaragi. Komugi lives with two lives, one as an idol and the other as a student.
           One day, Usa-P come by injured and Komugi makes him all better and Usa-P asks Komugi if she’d be the Legendary Girl, who can use special magical powers. Now that Komugi is the Legendary Girl, she battles against strange masked figures who had suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Meanwhile, three new girls show up, a Magical Maid, a Magical Sister and more show up, making it a three-way battle. Can Komugi juggle with being a student, an idol and a Legendary Girl all at once?
