The story takes places in an alternate version of Japan called Great Japan. A major threat hovers around Great Japan and mysterious guardians knows as the Master Samurai are their only defense they have.
Muneakira Yagyu travels to Great Japan in order to go to Buou Academic School located at the base of Mount Fuji where the children of Military family's train to become Samurai Warriors. Munehakira arrives at the academy and finds himself in the middle of a fight. During this chaos, a girl falls from the sky covered in a bright white light whose name is Jubei Yagyu, who suddenly kisses Munehakira. With his kiss, she has been awoken with a power unknown that protects them. Who is this mysterious girl, and where did she come from? Munehakira finds himself mixed in the fate of the country with a threat targeting Great Japan. He must learn the secret of the Master Samurai and the kiss that had awakened Jubei’s power so he can protect his country.

A great evil is lurking in Japan but this time they are stronger than the last one. Someone had resurrected four warriors called the Dark Samurai. Muneakira Yagyu had just come back to the dojo finding out it was turned into a maid café so the bills can be paid. The Dark Samurai arrive at the Dojo and they all defeated everyone there and even sealed Muneakira’s abilities. In order for him to get his abilities back, the Dark Samurai will come back a month from that time to fight Jubei Yagyu in her perfect condition. Also the girls in the Yagyu Dojo invest into something called the legendary Samurai Bride, which they believe it can be the key for defeating the Dark Samurai.
